Making A Purchase Please browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We use Nochex and Paypal secure online payment processing. You do not need an account with them to pay online. You can pay with credit/debit cards, e-cheques, and bank transfer. If you have any problems with the online payment options, please let us know - we can invoice you directly so that you can pay online that way.

International customers - please ensure that you select GB Sterling when sending payment.

We also accept payment by post. Please send cheques or postal orders to the address shown, along with a copy of your order. You can also pay for your order by Bank Transfer; please contact us for details.

Customers within Mid Glamorgan can choose to pay upon delivery using cash, postal orders or cheques.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Items are shipped using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or UPS, and will usually require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery Schedule We send your items as soon as possible. However, please allow up to 7 working days for Standard Delivery, and up to 15 working days for Airmail. Please choose Express Delivery option if your order is urgent, and you can tell us your party date (if applicable) in the notes box at checkout. If you have any problems in checkout, please let us know.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you wherever possible. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices are shown inclusive of United Kingdom VAT. Please note that any taxes which may be incurred by shipping orders on an International basis, remain the responsibility of the recipient of the order.

Remittance Terms Please pay for your order immediately if you are using Paypal or Nochex. Contact us if you wish to pay by Bank Transfer or Moneybookers. Alternatively, you may print your order and send it with a postal payment to our registered address. Your order is held for three working days after the order is placed.
